Please allow for a maximum of 24 hours for the board to be created and sent to you. We usually have clients requesting tasks less than 2 hours after purchasing a plan, to us time efficiency and the quality of our work are the 2 most important aspect.

At Delex, we understand the importance of flexibility in the design process. That's why we offer various options for requesting designs through Trello. Clients have the freedom to request designs directly via Trello, share their ideas through Google Docs or wireframes, or even provide a brief Loom video for those who prefer a more visual communication style.

Essentially, if it's something that can be linked to or shared within Trello, we're ready to bring your ideas to life!

We use a wide range of services including the Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Canva & for our websites we use Squarespace.

Typically, the majority of requests are finalized within two days or less. However, more complex requests may require additional time to complete.

We do not offer any animation services such as gifs or any other interactive designs, we also do not cover 3D modelling. Aditionally if you would like to discuss partnering up with outside animators we are more than happy to do so.
